Addie Kate's first week!!

She has changed so much already!!  Each day is something new!!!  

Birth Day 9-12-08

Addie Kate was born on September 12, 2008 at  8:04pm.  It was an amazing day, almost magical!  She weighed 8 lbs and 2 oz.  We are so blessed to have had such a wonderful experience!!  

39 weeks....

Quick update....We went to the doctor last Tuesday and I was 31/2 cm dialated and 80% effaced. She is in position and ready to go!! We had all the signs that she was coming soon so all the family came up for the weekend. Unfortunately Addie Kate had different plans and did not come. All of our family went back home on Monday which was very emotional for us all. We really want our family here.
We went back to the doctor on Tuesday.. and my doctor told me if I had dialated any more they were going to go ahead and take me to the hospital. I wasn't dialated anymore so they let me go home, but scheduled me to be induced next Thursday if I don't into labor on my own before then. We shall see what Addie Kate decides to do. Keep us in your prayers as we prepare for our lives to be changed forever!!
